Paper Route: a free text-only newsletter template for Framer
Paper Route is a free template we made for a letter that is mostly words. The home page lists every issue, newest first, with its title and date, and each issue gets a plain reading page inside a cobalt frame. There are no cover images to find.
Bring your archive in
The 15 issues in the template are samples. The Blog Import plugin replaces them with yours: open the CMS, select the Issues collection and click Manage, choose your Substack, Ghost, WordPress, Medium, Blogger or Squarespace export, pick “1 collection, everything inside each post” and tick “Remove the 15 posts already in this collection”. Publish, and the list and every issue page fill from your posts.
Your newest 25 posts import free. A Blog Import license imports the rest: $29 for one Framer project or $59 for any number, paid once.

Limits
The template shows text only, so posts with photos keep them in the body but get no cover. Redirects from your old addresses need Framer Pro or higher; on Basic, Blog Import copies the old and new addresses as a CSV. Set where sign-ups go in the subscribe form’s Send to setting.
